Ms. Brammer was born in Cuba and then later migrated to Jamaica with her family due to the war that broke out in Cuba in 1933.

I was able to sit down and ask Ms.Brammer questions from her childhood into adulthood, and she willingly shared some stories and a few life lessons. Here is an excerpt from our interview. I was touched by her story so much as she truly embodies the purest kind of maternal, unconditional love.
