Growing up I had a fond relationship with my grandmother, she was my best friend. My family has a few pictures of her and I wish we had more; I also wish I had videos of her just to hear her voice again. A lot of people know that the reason I love photography is because I love catching candid moments, or just catching memories in general; the reason behind this, is because I always wish I captured more memories of my grandma.

I want to be able to gift families with something I wish my family and I had to look back on. I wish I was able to hear her tell me her stories, and ask her the questions of how far she came from. This project is me giving back to others that I wish I had for myself.
